The ninth release of the 1/700 Waterline series renewal is the training cruiser “Katori”. The design and study of the equipment parts such as the high-angle guns, machine guns, onboard boats, and radars have been updated. Multiple slide molds are incorporated to precisely reproduce the intricacy of the 1/700 scale. Experience the newly refined Waterline series.

The light cruiser “Katori,” constructed as a training ship for officer cadets and serving as the flagship of the submarine fleet at the start of the war, is now available as a 1/700 scale plastic model kit. The parts structure is streamlined for easy assembly while accurately recreating the ship. New designs for various equipment, including twin machine guns and high-angle guns, have been added. The model successfully expresses the precision and detail of the 1/700 scale.
