Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapind Transit 70-000 is a train that appeared for the Seaside Fukutoshin Line (currently the Rinkai Line) in 1996. When it first appeared, it was a 4-car train, but when the entire line opened, it was changed to a 10-car train, including the existing train. The 4-car train introduced in 2002 was released as a 10-car train. Currently, in addition to the Rinkai Line between Shinkiba and Osaki, it also runs on the JR Saikyo Line and Kawagoe Line, so you can see it in action on the JR lines as well.
