The KIHA185 series is a special express diesel car manufactured since 1986.This train made its debut in 2011 as one of the popular JR Kyushu D&S trains. Currently, it operates as a sightseeing train connecting Kumamoto Station to Misumi Station.

– Newly created seat simulating the bar corner in Car 1
– Equipped with constant lighting circuit boards with ON-OFF switches for head and tail lights, and train marks
– Head and tail lights, as well as train marks, illuminate with warm white LED lights
– Vehicle numbers and various logo marks are pre-printed
– Front driver’s cab side equipped with TN coupler (SP)
– Features flywheel-powered engine
– Adopts new power collection system with black wheels
